Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The costs of postage for the return is the buyers responsibility.
Once the item is returned to us, we will process it within 14 business days. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items must be ordered directly from mnemonicdevices.io. We are unable to process returns or exchanges from items purchased from any of our retail partners.
DOA and incorrect delivery
Warranty
All manufacturing defects have a three year warranty for replacement or repair of the product. For general "wear and tear" issues which include but are not limited to, potentiometers, encoders, push buttons etc, we reserve the right to charge for parts and labor for the repair.
For items purchased from one of our authorized dealers, please contact them within the first 24 months of purchase for refunds or repairs.
